30/11/2024: First starred restaurant for my partner, we went there for his birthday. The food was excellent, nothing to say! Well done ! We had the 8-course menu with wine pairing for my companion and a glass of wine for me. On the other hand there were 2 servers and I have the impression of 2 different styles of service. We were much less considered than the tables next to us. They were able to taste their wine before being served, but we weren't. The instructions were stated, it was all just if we understood and finally I was told on the phone that my companion would have a little discreet treat for dessert for his birthday. 2 people that evening we had (small candle) and we did not. We are not regulars but the fact of feeling less considered than others does not make us want to become one. On the other hand, I’ll say it again, the food was excellent!
