With McDonald's, there aren't many surprises; you know what you're getting. However, regarding the service this evening, May 3rd, out of the three takeout meals I ordered, two of my drinks were incorrect. This was quite disappointing.

Very friendly staff, the reception agent was fantastic. We came with a child in a wheelchair and the hostess found us a seat. Thank you!

We stopped on our way to the Comédie de Lille theater and had little time to eat before the play started… We were served very quickly, and our burgers were perfect 🤩 Well done to the team!

12/07/2026: Great experience, fast service, friendly team. I also want to thank the staff who managed to find a bag I had forgotten. I also had a good laugh when I realized they had pranked me with a little hidden note (I didn't understand why my games were mixed up, then I had a good laugh). Anyway, good luck and keep up the good work, I'll gladly come back!
04/07/2026: Excellent experience. Despite a problem with the order (a swap between a vegan and a non-vegetarian product), it was resolved quickly. Compensation was offered, and the vegan product was remade to match our original order. The gentleman who handled the incident (a manager, I believe) was very professional and friendly.
