McDonald's sur Lille

I'm an educator, and today we went to this McDonald's with nine young people with autism. I observed a caring team and a truly respected "come as you are" attitude. Well done! 👌… Being treated like real customers, with attention paid to their needs and individual differences, without making them feel different. Bravo! 🎉 Keep it up, you've got it all figured out! 🫡

Fair prices, great food. I ordered the brunch, which includes a sandwich, fruit, coffee, and dessert for €5.50. The place was very clean, the service was very fast, and the machines were very easy to use :)

We were greeted by Maria on Saturday, October 10, 2026, an absolutely remarkable employee. She welcomed us with kindness, a smile, and professionalism that truly deserve to be highlighted. She took the time to seat us and attend to us with genuine care, the kind of attention we unfortunately see far too rarely these days. This kind of welcome makes all the difference and transforms a simple visit to McDonald's into a very pleasant experience. She is a kind, caring person, dedicated to her work, and deserves to be congratulated and recognized for her qualities. A huge thank you to Maria for this exceptional welcome! The food was fairly average, but the staff were lovely, especially Hugo – thank you to him for helping my goddaughter and providing a warm bottle.

I was hesitant to come after reading the reviews, but my visit went perfectly, so I'm leaving a positive review to even things out. I arrived and was able to order quickly at the kiosks; there were no technical issues or anything. I received my order 10 minutes later, which was very fast, and the person who brought it to me even smiled, which was very pleasant. The meal was good, and there were no mistakes in my order. Overall, my visit was very enjoyable!

This McDonald's has some problems. Please put a security guard at the entrance; I can't eat or work in peace, I'm constantly being bothered every 5 minutes to ask for money.

Really nice, very welcoming and pleasant staff

The McDonald's in Flanders has reached a pinnacle of technical excellence. Meat: evenly seared, perfect Maillard reaction. Bun: airy texture, elasticity controlled to the micron. Fries: crispy edges + fluffy center = equation solved. Result: a consistency no Michelin-starred restaurant dares dream of. Here, you eat with the rigor of a scientific protocol. It's better. Period. But then, things take a different turn. The toilets are disgusting. Dungeon level. You push open the door and it's like Dark Souls in real life. Slimy floor, suspicious puddles, you have to do parkour to avoid stepping. Final boss: the toilet bowl that hasn't been flushed since the last World Cup. Smell: a mix of burnt fryer, dead bleach, and despair. It assaults your nostrils like an uppercut. Soap? Nonexistent. Toilet paper? A myth. The hand dryer? It wails like an air raid siren but only blows out lukewarm air. You get the feeling that if you stay five minutes longer, you'll have to sign a pact to get out alive. Graffiti on the walls, an overflowing trash can, drips of unknown sauces strung together. It looks like there was a Big Mac war and nobody won.

Great experience, fast service, friendly team. I also want to thank the staff who managed to find a bag I had forgotten. I also had a good laugh when I realized they had pranked me with a little hidden note (I didn't understand why my games were mixed up, then I had a good laugh). Anyway, good luck and keep up the good work, I'll gladly come back!

Excellent experience. Despite a problem with the order (a swap between a vegan and a non-vegetarian product), it was resolved quickly. Compensation was offered, and the vegan product was remade to match our original order. The gentleman who handled the incident (a manager, I believe) was very professional and friendly.
