The service was incredibly slow; we waited half an hour for our order, and even those who arrived after us were served before us 😕😕 This is deplorable for a fast food restaurant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the two team members who were there that day: the person serving the trays and the one cleaning the dining area. Unfortunately, I don't have their names, but I hope they recognize themselves. A very warm welcome despite the crowds and the rush hour. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially with our baby, and the dining area was very well maintained. It was truly a pleasure and a real step up from other McDonald's. Thank you to them for their kindness and attentiveness!

I received excellent service! The team is always smiling and very pleasant. Special mention to Catherine, who is, every time I visit, incredibly kind and exemplarily professional. She is also very helpful and always attentive. It's a real pleasure to be welcomed by such a warm person. Thank you to the whole team!

I stopped by this morning for my bacon and beef breakfast, which was delicious, and I was very well taken care of! The table service was great. I'm a regular morning customer and I really appreciate this place thanks to the fantastic staff! I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: Very friendly and helpful staff; quiet and clean place.
25/06/2026: I was in this establishment a week ago and witnessed the terrible service. The cashier was more focused on his phone than on serving customers, and the bartender, whose name was Zarah, was clearly stressed and unprofessional. The final stage of service was impersonal. The cashier always seems to forget his name is Iassir; he even forgot to bring the cake we bought and went to retrieve it with a complete lack of motivation. The stress and laziness of the staff were palpable.

22/08/2026: Overall, a good McDonald's. However, it's becoming very difficult to go there on weekdays at lunchtime and during school dismissal times in the neighborhood: it's extremely crowded. Another point for improvement: there's no screen to indicate when orders are ready. Customers crowd together and can't hear the numbers called out by the staff.
22/08/2026: Great to see they are not using disposable cups and chip box when you eating in. The food overall is decent. The 5 euro deal they have is a good option for a quick pit stop
