Problems with my order placed today, Tuesday, June 9, 2026. I ordered: 2 Kids Nugget Meals 2 Maxi Meals Upon receiving my order, both portions of nuggets were served without any sauce. I therefore reported this at window #2 (order pickup), where I was informed that sauces were an additional charge. Furthermore, I noticed another problem: I found the bags of French fries and ketchup directly in the ice cream. Unfortunately, I can't upload my photo.

We just went through the drive-thru and ordered two Maxi Best Of 280 Rösti meals without onions and one Happy Meal. We received two Maxi Best Of 280 Classic meals with onions… not at all what we ordered. This isn't the first time this has happened to us; mistakes happen, but when it happens several times, and two out of three meals ordered are incorrect, that's a lot…

About a year ago, I left a negative review which, at the time, was deserved because of a manager who was frankly not very pleasant. But I also want to mention the good things. A few days ago, I went back to eat and had the opportunity to chat with the assistant manager, who was very friendly and professional. And again this evening, while going through the drive-thru, I encountered a truly wonderful team of women: smiling, welcoming, and kind. To clarify, I sometimes come to eat here, but I also regularly use the service as a delivery driver, and the service is just as respectful in both cases. It's a pleasure to see that. Thanks to these people, I'm revising my review and finally giving it 5 stars, because it's well deserved. One small drawback though: it's a shame I didn't go to the "room", it might have been a pleasure to meet you there too, plus my interns came back alive, or at least I think so 😉.

I find this McDonald's very welcoming; I've been coming here since I was little and have never had any problems. The servers are sometimes a little stressed, but it's not their fault. With demanding customers, that's normal.

Le Kiosque a Pizzas

04/07/2026: I've lived in Courrières for 12 years now and I always get my pizzas here. They're excellent, generously topped, and always delicious. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for the quality of the pizzas and the service.

29/07/2026: A superb setting, very pleasant and competent waitresses, and a flawless meal. I'll definitely be back.
24/07/2026: We've been going to this restaurant since it opened. It was perfect for the first few years. Tonight, my husband and I went there. The bartender brought us our aperitifs: a Napoleon for me and a Bon Secours beer for my husband. He arrived with the glasses, and the beer spilled on the floor, splashing my handbag. He didn't apologize, just said, "It's fine, nothing's wrong." Then there was the very limited menu: one page for starters and main courses, one page for desserts, mainly ice cream with a €2 supplement. The waitress, a tall, dark brown-haired woman, took a chair to sit down while we made our dessert choices, and was exasperated by my husband's questions about his ice cream selection. And to top it all off, the waiter who served us the beer and brought us the bill didn't say a thank you, didn't say goodbye, and turned his back on us after taking a €101 credit card payment. Just a small voice in the restaurant greeted us. The welcome was terrible; with behavior like that, I don't give this restaurant, which used to have a good reputation, much longer a chance of survival.
