I just came back from the drive-thru, ordered 2 kids' menus + a cheeseburger, they managed to forget the fries! So 2 menus with nuggets and an apple... impossible to go back because the kids are still young and alone at home... really angry.

Drive-thru on July 4, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. A woman takes our order: she's super nice. We then go to pay, and then another woman, wearing glasses, completely closed-minded and unpleasant, slams the window in our faces. If you're no longer happy with your job, you can always change it, instead of treating customers like this. Not a word, not a goodbye. Very disappointed! I often come to the McDonald's in Courrières and have never had any problems until today.

26/04/2026: A warm welcome from very friendly people who were genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. Quick service, beautifully presented dishes. The vegetables were cooked to perfection in my opinion, slightly crisp to enhance the delicate flavors. There was a real attention to detail in the arrangement of the food on the plates. Throughout the meal, we felt a sense of well-being in a calm, well-decorated, and very clean space, with excellent service from start to finish. There is a large parking lot covered in gravel, which is not very accessible for wheelchair users, and I didn't notice any designated disabled parking spaces. There are fast charging stations for electric vehicles.
