McDonald's sur Viriat

I recently went to McDonald's and the experience was generally okay. The service was quite fast, which is nice when you want a quick meal. The employees were polite and the place was fairly clean. As for the food, the burgers were good and exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. The fries were hot and crispy. However, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait during peak hours. Overall, it's a good place to eat quickly without breaking the bank. It's not haute cuisine, but the quality is consistent and you know what to expect.

That's it. I've found a McDonald's where they've actually connected the fry, the food itself, with the verb "to fry." Here, the fries are actually fried. They're not just left to soak for a few minutes in lukewarm oil. The oil is kept at the perfect temperature to sear the food properly and prevent it from becoming soggy. And yet, I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. It was just me and some random guy who couldn't decide between ketchup and mayo. I'm saying this, and I mean it, these fries were better than in some other restaurants. For years, I'd never managed to hold a fry upright in a McDonald's without it falling over like an overcooked spaghetti noodle. Then I mercilessly attacked a Big Mac. Incredible! It stood proudly upright too, nothing sticking out. Everything had been stacked perfectly straight. I managed to eat it without any "splash effect." It ended up entirely in my stomach. Not on the tray. It was round, not oval, which I had come to accept as being the norm at McDonald's. Finally, the seats are padded and very comfortable. My only criticism: the layout. The optimization of the number of seats has been pushed to its acceptable limit. If you're not as thin as a French fry, your back will inevitably touch the one in front of you. The waitstaff were friendly and, above all, professional. Best experience in years.
