I had a wonderful time at McDonald's Gerland. The service was quick, the staff friendly, and the space very pleasant. I especially want to recommend Melissa, the server who looked after our table: professional, attentive, and always in a good mood. Thanks to her, the experience was even more enjoyable. I will gladly return.

01/07/2025: Good experience, just be careful with the restrooms and the cleaner on Tuesday, July 1st (an elderly woman with dark hair who was on the first floor) at 12:10 p.m. because she kicked my leg even though I'm disabled, and it hurt, but she didn't apologize at all!!!! In short, the rest of the team is fantastic, with a good atmosphere and excellent service.
09/06/2025: In my opinion, it's the best McDonald's in Lyon, at least in terms of on-site service. We were served very quickly, the tables were cleaned regularly, and there was air conditioning. The welcome was good, but it's too small, but not a big deal, and that's perhaps why it's good there.
