The food was hot, the service was fast, and the staff friendly.

Perfect!! Fast service, friendly staff, clean toilets.

The wait at the drive-thru was really long despite there not being many people at the drive-thru.

When I see the reviews... At some point, you have to stop being so negative without thinking. They're doing their best, and it's never enough, it seems to me. When you come at 5 PM, the fact that there aren't many people ordering doesn't change the fact that at that time, the employees aren't robots who are there 24/7, there aren't many of them either, and they have to manage the dining area and the drive-thru. Some reviews show people with little empathy who want everything right away, without asking or questioning the whys and wherefores... The employees are doing their best, and it saddens me to see this from customers. And yes, indeed, there are no more ice cubes, but they've been telling those who ask for them for at least a month. Finally, given the number of customers who come despite the crowds at the kiosks and who stay anyway, and who still find a way to complain about the wait, with all these people and McDonald's doing its best, you can understand that they don't have There isn't necessarily time to empty the trash cans, whether people like it or not, and as for the tables, when asked politely, the employees have no problem cleaning them. As a fairly recent comment said, "Let the complaining customers come and take the employees' place and work for them. Maybe then they'll understand a little and complain less."

Several times when using click and collect by car, the wait is long and the click and collect parking is not available, the 2 spaces are full of cars parked there to eat in because they are "too lazy" to go further (dirt parking just below) no problem with the quality of the products but the wait at all hours holiday or not...

Great McDonald's, however I find it a shame that there are no toys in the adult menus and there is not much atmosphere because when I was served I applauded but nobody else in the restaurant did.

Let's be honest, there's nothing fast about this Fast Foot. There's a major organizational problem, resulting in very long waits for service, and everything else suffers as well (overflowing bins that prevent proper emptying, unclean toilets, no hand soap...). In short, not great, despite the staff trying their best.

I've been eating at this McDonald's for about 10 years now, and I still don't understand why so many people criticize it. In all that time, I've never had any problems, except once when the takeout order number wasn't the same as the one I received, but otherwise, I highly recommend this McDonald's.

We were passing through and found the restaurant dirty. Half the staff were seated while two or three were working at breakneck speed. There was no napkin with our order. However, the food was good and hot (the potatoes were even piping hot).
