I've been eating at this McDonald's for about 10 years now, and I still don't understand why so many people criticize it. In all that time, I've never had any problems, except once when the takeout order number wasn't the same as the one I received, but otherwise, I highly recommend this McDonald's.

We were passing through and found the restaurant dirty. Half the staff were seated while two or three were working at breakneck speed. There was no napkin with our order.
However, the food was good and hot (the potatoes were even piping hot).

The system of parking in the car park after ordering on the app so that someone can bring us our order is validated: We didn't even have to go into the restaurant, the manager was very pleasant and made sure that our order was complete.

Friendly welcome, but unfortunately many things were forgotten in the order: drinks with ice would be better, ketchup too, straws and spoons as well...

Every time I eat there, the sandwich is good, the fries are hot, and above all, the staff is pleasant and attentive. People love to criticize; they should come and work for them. Hygiene is respected, especially in the kitchen. Given the gravel in front and the lack of staff, it's understandable that the dining area isn't always spotless, but they do their best.

We stopped for a veggie wrap (one of McDonald's few vegetarian options). It was very good. Afterward, we decided to get a coffee. I don't know how long I waited; I thought they'd forgotten about us. So I went to sit in front of the counter, with the order number clearly visible. Finally, the cook saw me and kindly served me a coffee. Maybe I did something wrong? The very young waiters were probably apprentices or temporary workers due to the holiday season. I felt like they were running around a bit empty, and despite there being quite a few of them, the service was scattered and inefficient. The bathrooms could use a thorough overhaul; McDonald's is clearly very busy, but for that very reason, they should be better managed.
