I was served 30 minutes after everyone else at my table, and my tray arrived without my burger. Half the cheddar cheese was spread all over the paper, and I had to go ask for my sauce, which was missing. My water was strawberry flavored when I had ordered plain.

Good evening McDonald's team, I've been coming several evenings a week for the past four years, and I've always found it to be good. They've rarely, if ever, forgotten anything in my order. Tonight, I noticed the team's positive atmosphere and the way the employees help each other. I hope the crew member who couldn't close my Happy Meal will improve with time, because they seem like a very well-intentioned person. During busy periods, that can be stressful, and I wish you all the best. It's not an easy job, what with the different customers and the tasks involved, but seeing a team with a smile made me happy. I was very disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple coffee, and when I finally received my order, I had asked for a cappuccino, but I was served a coffee with milk instead. The service was slow and inattentive, and the staff did nothing to correct the mistake. Frankly, very poor service.

We ordered on Saturday, November 1st, around 8:30 pm and received our order very quickly. The manager in charge at that time was incredibly friendly with both the customers and his team. He created a fantastic atmosphere, which made us smile a lot. It's truly a pleasure to see people like that, still cheerful and making your evening a little more enjoyable!

A classic McDonald's, conveniently located on my route. On the downside, the men's restroom isn't very clean; the toilet seat is broken, the toilet paper dispenser is also broken, and the flush isn't strong enough. A little more effort seems necessary!

26/02/2026: A huge congratulations! I was born with McDonald's and I've never received such a warm welcome; the whole team was so attentive, it was truly delightful!
08/02/2026: I'm simply sharing my experience from Saturday, February 7th. There's a real lack of professionalism; it's unacceptable to wait an hour for an order. The staff were at their wits' end, with tense exchanges with some customers who were unhappy about waiting an hour for their orders and were demanding refunds. There was a lack of organization; when I picked up my order, it had been ready for at least 30 minutes, and I received it 30 minutes later, cold. I was served a chocolate dessert when I wanted caramel; nothing matched what I ordered. I understand that this isn't an easy job, but without organization and with a staff shortage, it leads to unhappy customers, which is perfectly understandable. Personally, I think that if an order requires an hour's wait, the least you can do is inform customers as soon as you're aware of it so that everyone can make the necessary arrangements.

30/03/2026: I stopped by this evening; I'm a regular and it's always nice to come here. The staff is incredibly friendly. What's more, tonight a customer made a huge fuss about his order, but the manager stayed calm. I even took the time to go and congratulate him after I ate!
25/03/2026: Good evening, I visited this afternoon on my way between Cholet and Rennes. What a pleasant surprise to find a McDonald's that delivers! A perfect Big Mac (and I'm not exaggerating because in Cholet they're the best), top-notch fries, and very well seasoned. And above all, thank you for the restrooms! 👍🏻 For me, nothing to complain about. I like this kind of McDonald's. Simple and efficient.
