I came on Saturday, December 6th with my son. There was very little wait, the service was friendly, and the manager/director was very kind. He offered to clear our tray and made sure my son could choose his balloon even though there weren't any left on the display.
Also, the restaurant was decorated for the holidays; I'd never seen that before, or at least never noticed.
The only slight downside was that the restrooms weren't very clean, but I've seen much worse. However, during the Saturday night rush, it was acceptable.

McDonald's is still McDonald's, very good fast food, however, twice in a row I've come this month and the box of 4 nuggets was missing, even though I did get the sauce, so the order was definitely taken. And the cups aren't practical; they quickly become soaked with the drink, so the holder isn't even sturdy enough to hold. Sincerely,

Good evening,
I'm increasingly disappointed with the quality.
We were served a chicken burger with undercooked chicken, so I went to ask for another one cooked properly, but this still wasn't done. The chicken isn't supposed to be pink, it's white! Please pay more attention to your customers' requests and expectations.

The service was very pleasant. The staff were extremely kind. It's truly heartwarming and a pleasure to see so much humanity and generosity. Special mentions to the lady at the register and the one who served me the desserts.

Nothing to say about the food, we arrived at a time when the nuggets were perfectly crispy!
One small downside was the cleanliness of the high chairs; the safety straps were sticky and therefore difficult to adjust to my little one's size.
