It's always a great pleasure to see the staff in gray shirts—presumably a manager—delicately slipping their hand down their trousers to scratch their left buttock right in the middle of the kitchen, with their back to the drive-thru, before serving customers. If the managers are so negligent, I can barely imagine the rest of the employees. If it would be possible to inform this gentleman that his personal hygiene leaves much to be desired.

17/02/2026: This is my first time leaving a review for McDonald's. We were greeted with a huge "HELLO" and a big smile by an employee named Bruno—a first for this fast-food restaurant! Furthermore, seeing that we were with a baby, he immediately invited us to sit at a table and order from there instead of waiting at the kiosks—a lovely touch. When my partner noticed the table was a little dirty, she started to wipe it with a tissue, and Bruno quickly came over to clean it, apologizing for his actions. We were speechless at the quality of service he provided! He then came back to check if everything was alright, still with that big smile and extreme politeness and kindness. This is the first time we've experienced such high-quality service in a fast-food restaurant; he's a gem—keep him in mind! :)
