Huge disappointment at not being able to eat in at 10 pm on a Friday night… the manager told us the upstairs dining area had been closed since 9 pm because of the neighbors above 😳. Okay, fine, but how many seats are there downstairs? There are exactly two tables for two and a standing area for four people crammed together! THAT'S IT!!! I've never seen so few seats in a McDonald's: we're in Sèvres, a medium-sized town in the 92nd district, after all… Another thing: I ordered a McFlurry and a hamburger and waited 15 minutes… why…?? On the other hand, I want to highlight the kindness of the manager who seems to be dealing with all these constraints, thank you to him!

I'm quite surprised by the bad reviews. Every time I've been, the staff has been responsive and friendly, the service quick, and the food hot. The portions are typical of McDonald's. The only slight downside is sometimes only one sauce per meal, but after asking, you get more without any trouble. Overall, a good McDonald's! 👍

I loved it. There are lots of games where you can win prizes, which is great. I was served in 10 minutes; the staff were very attentive to our needs.

23/04/2026: This morning I was served at the tobacconist and bar by a particularly warm and accommodating gentleman. I thank him for his attentiveness and kindness, which allowed me to start the day in the most delightful way. See you very soon!

Novotel Paris Pont de Sevres Restaurant

17/05/2026: We spent two nights at this hotel. A wonderful experience! We received a very warm welcome. Special mention to Ségolène for her kindness and helpfulness! The breakfasts were generous. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open at this time of year (April 2026).
14/05/2026: Good breakfast with quality products (cheeses, teas, etc.). A very warm welcome in the morning from Ségolène, which made us want to come back! The room was a bit dated but clean and the bed was large and comfortable.
