Orders are prepared quickly, and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. It's a real pleasure to see such a pleasant and efficient team. Update following a recent visit on the evening of August 2nd, 2026: I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger to go, but once home, I realized the bacon was missing from the sandwich. Apparently, forgetting things is a recurring issue for them, to the detriment of the customer (see my previous review). I was already halfway through the cheeseburger when I returned to the restaurant to point it out. After all, I paid for the ingredient. The staff didn't apologize, but the person who served me gathered several team members to report it. I thought to myself, "Okay, she's doing her job by reminding us of the importance of proper burger preparation." Mistakes happen, it's not a big deal, we're learning. However, one of the employees present at this scene left laughing, looking me straight in the eye, which I found particularly disrespectful and suspicious. What did they say or do to make it so ridiculous? Instead of making me a new sandwich, they simply added bacon to my cheeseburger and gave it back to me. This method seems neither hygienic nor in line with what I expect from a chain like McDonald's. To top it all off, once I got home, there was only one slice of bacon (maybe 1 1/2, but so small it makes you wonder), and with all the back and forth, to my detriment and McDonald's fault, the product was, of course, cold, not to mention the ruined meal. In short, the "kitchen" team is pathetic, the "customer" team is a disaster. I have serious questions about the management of this restaurant. A word to the wise. Original review from March 2025 For a "FAST" food place, you have to wait at least 15 minutes to receive your order, which is cold and incomplete. There's always something missing: a napkin, sauce, a box of 9 nuggets but only 8, a burger ordered with bacon but without bacon... It feels like they're overwhelmed, even though there are plenty of staff. The new design and organization haven't improved the service. What a shame!

I came with my two children and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant was clean, the tables were cleared quickly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and patient with the children, which was truly appreciated. The order arrived promptly, everything was hot and exactly as we had ordered. My children were delighted with their meal and even wanted to come back next week! This is a McDonald's where you feel comfortable as a family. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and smiles. I highly recommend it to all parents looking for a pleasant place to eat with their children.
