No heating, it was really too cold for the moment to be pleasant even with our coats on.

We need to turn on the heating because it's as cold inside as it is outside; it's been like this for a month already.

Overall, a good McDonald's, right across from the bus stop. I just had a bit of trouble with the staff. I've been there several times, and they're often overwhelmed and panicking during rush hour. There were a lot of mistakes, and there were huge crowds waiting. One server served a tray on an empty table (a customer had finally left because of the wait). The manager had to tell him not to do that. Another employee left an order on their work surface because they couldn't find the customer outside, but it was an online order, not a drive-thru order. The person waited inside for a long time, and the employees just watched without going to them. The manager had to deal with it and noticed that the order was already ready but didn't call them. As a customer, it was unpleasant to hear the manager berating all the employees who weren't doing their jobs (some were chatting in the middle of the rush). Kudos to the manager though; he did a great job catching up by running around everywhere. I waited about half an hour at that point. It was chaotic, so I wouldn't recommend going during rush hour; otherwise, it's still a decent McDonald's, nice if you're in the shopping area next door.
