Disappointed, I ordered a Filet-O-Fish Best Of and an Egg and Cheese, but I left with an order containing two chicken sandwiches. How can they not verify the order with the customer? Perhaps you could rephrase that?

It was very busy, but the staff were still very helpful. A really nice young woman helped us place our order at the kiosk. Thanks again to this very pleasant young woman who was always smiling.

09/07/2026: We should not have rented a car. The hotel provides shuttle service not only to Narbonne but also to the beaches from the hotel. It’s about a 15 minute ride for either location so why bother to get a Avis Rent-A-Car at the TGV train station.?
01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Château. Dinner at L'Art de Vivre was excellent, the rooms were spacious, the spa was top-notch, and the wine tasting with Max was very interesting!
