McDonald's sur Narbonne

Very disappointed by the service at the drive-thru I've been going to this restaurant for several years and I'd never had a problem until recently. For the past few months, I've been regularly dealing with the same person at the drive-thru, and the service is frankly appalling: cold, haughty, unpleasant, and with absolutely no sense of customer service. No smile, no effort, an attitude that clearly gives the impression of being a nuisance. I've experienced this behavior several times now, so unfortunately, it's not just a bad day. It's really a shame to see the quality of service decline after years of patronage. Visited on August 22nd at 8:25 PM. I hope management will take this complaint into account, because this kind of attitude definitely doesn't make me want to come back.

The restaurant is really great! The atmosphere is cool and welcoming 👍😎. The service is very good. The order team is very friendly, as are the servers. I ordered the €5 McDeal meal for four. And it's very good, especially the dessert, ice cream. Yum! I recommend stopping at McDonald's after a long trip. It's convenient, right at exit 37 of the A9 motorway. So there you have it, it's perfectly acceptable.

Cold fries, clearly stale. I don't understand why they use large cups for a Happy Meal... Not practical for a child. Tables weren't clean. Edit of March 31, 2025: I'm changing my review and lowering all my ratings because this is the second time in one month we've come, and both times the McFlurries have been terrible. The first time, the McFlurries were melted because the only car in front of us hadn't been parked, and the employee refused to remake the ice cream. The second time, we ordered chocolate M&Ms and got caramel... If they have to start checking even the ice cream now... It's exhausting. I think this is the worst McDonald's in the Aude region, frankly. Edit of August 12, 2026: I don't know why I came back here... 45 minutes for the order. They put it in a bag instead of the satchel and it was left on the counter waiting all alone... No barbecue sauce, no ketchup (I worked at McDonald's for 4 years and I've never seen that), the sandwich of the day without sauce too. In short, unbelievable.

One of the managers was wearing a hairnet, not covering his beard, even though he's bald. The burly man who cashed the holiday vouchers was there around 8:00 PM on August 11th. Plus, no credit card receipt. In short, very mediocre. Not to mention the sticky floor. So much for cleanliness.
