Mashallah, McDonald's is amazing!

Excellent experience! Despite the crowds, we were served quickly and our special requests were perfectly accommodated. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service. By comparison, we've sometimes experienced mistakes or longer waits at McDonald's in Carcassonne, although that can obviously happen anywhere. Here, at least, we have absolutely no complaints!

The food was very good and piping hot, but the wait was far too long: over 25 minutes for 5 burgers and fries is disappointing for fast food. A little more efficiency in the kitchen would be appreciated.

Very disappointed by the service at the drive-thru I've been going to this restaurant for several years and I'd never had a problem until recently. For the past few months, I've been regularly dealing with the same person at the drive-thru, and the service is frankly appalling: cold, haughty, unpleasant, and with absolutely no sense of customer service. No smile, no effort, an attitude that clearly gives the impression of being a nuisance. I've experienced this behavior several times now, so unfortunately, it's not just a bad day. It's really a shame to see the quality of service decline after years of patronage. Visited on August 22nd at 8:25 PM. I hope management will take this complaint into account, because this kind of attitude definitely doesn't make me want to come back.
