McDonald's was decent, the hot sandwich was good, the staff were friendly, and the person served was helpful. However, the milkshake was just water, but thankfully they've changed it. And there's only one accessible toilet for the whole restaurant...

The staff were very professional, offering to refill the ice cream served with our meal order. They were friendly both at the till and while serving. However, the equipment needs attention; upstairs, two benches were damaged, and another table had greasy seats.

I just wanted to raise the rating because everyone here is complaining but it's always packed!

First, I want to thank Uber because I had placed an order at McDonald's and there was a delivery driver who made inappropriate comments and behaved inappropriately towards me. Uber refunded my order because I had asked the driver to take it back. I went back to McDonald's today, and I want to thank the person who took my order because I told them I am disabled and blind in one eye. Three young teenagers helped me. I really want to thank the owner or manager, I don't know who, because when I informed them of an error in my order, they took my request with great kindness and empathy. They acknowledged the mistake and refunded me. I definitely recommend McDonald's. But based on my experience, it's better to go there in person; delivery via Uber is more expensive. As for me, I live nearby, so I will never order through Uber again. Thank you, McDonald's of Marcq-en-Barœul. Thank you to the entire team, and thank you to the manager (or is it the owner or a manager?) – he was very kind, helpful, and understanding. He acknowledged his mistake and gave me a refund. I will definitely come back to McDonald's; you're the best! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them; I give them a 10/10.

Purchased at the McDonald's drive-thru for over €85. The young woman was very welcoming and smiling (more, more, more!), a rare find these days. THANK YOU!
