Whether it's McDonald's or its competitor, unfortunately, there are "very often" order errors or omissions. However, when it's already too late to notice and we're already home, we called or received a meal as compensation for a future visit. Thank you, McDonald's, that's truly excellent customer service.

29/01/2026: Hello, due to an oversight with my drive-through order, even though I live quite far away (18 km), I called to report it! I was immediately told to come back the next day. And indeed, they gave me my sandwich, thank you! 👍👌
