Subway sur Amiens

The bread was very hard. I called to report it, and they told me it was strange and that they didn't understand why. I had hard bread because the bread in restaurants is very soft. I was reimbursed by Uber Eats. I simply wanted to warn them by phone for future customers, so they would be more careful with their next orders, because food costs money, and people have the right to quality products. But I felt like they were ignoring me. I filmed it to show how hard it was, but I couldn't post the video, so I used photos instead.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, the best Subway ever! The staff is always welcoming, smiling, and takes the time to prepare the sandwiches with care. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is excellent, and the portions are generous. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and the service is fast, even when it's busy. You can tell the staff truly cares about customer satisfaction, which is becoming rare these days. Every time I go, I leave satisfied. If you're looking for a good Subway in Amiens, near the train station, I highly recommend it. Keep up the good work; it's a real pleasure to come back!

We were served by a young man around 2:30 pm on July 13th. He was very welcoming, smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind. Great place!

One of my favorite fast-food chains, I love their sandwiches! Regarding the shop, on a Saturday at lunchtime, it wasn't too busy, and there were very few seats anyway. The toilets were out of order, which wasn't great. The employee making the sandwiches wasn't very friendly and was very rushed... His colleague at the register, on the other hand, was much more cheerful and friendly. It's a shame they were out of sauces!
