Good restaurant, the staff are really welcoming and kind. The only negative point I noticed is that they serve fries and drinks without hair covers. Yes, tying your hair back is fine, but it still falls out... Apart from that, everything else is great.

05/02/2026: Lunch today at the Fleur de Sel restaurant in Crépy-en-Valois… and what a wonderful discovery! From the very first minutes, the charm takes hold. Nestled in magnificent 14th-century vaulted cellars, the setting is absolutely exceptional. The exposed stone walls, the spacious rooms, the hushed atmosphere… everything invites you to slow down and savor the moment. A truly timeless experience. As for the cuisine, the promise is kept: high-quality, generous dishes, perfectly executed and showcasing beautiful ingredients. You can feel the care taken with every detail, both on the plate and in the presentation. And what can I say about the welcome… A particularly friendly, attentive, and warm team, who fully contribute to the experience and make you want to return. A gem of a place that I recommend without hesitation.
