McDonald's sur Paris

It's important to give credit where it's due, and this was one of those days. The service this Thursday evening (around midnight) was top-notch. Fast, no mistakes, nothing forgotten, and the person who served customers with flair and was very polite—it's great to see a McDonald's like this improving.

Great establishment, very welcoming.

Two out of eight self-service kiosks weren't working, the toilets were out of order (you couldn't even go in to wash your hands), and the wait for two ice creams and a box of nuggets was far too long. This is what happens at McDonald's late Friday night...

I wanted to share my experience to raise awareness among customers. My friend's phone was unfortunately stolen during her visit to this restaurant. We therefore urge everyone to remain vigilant and carefully monitor their belongings. However, I would like to warmly thank the manager, who demonstrated great professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He took the time to help us and review the security camera footage to understand what had happened and to offer support during this difficult time. Thank you again to the entire team for their help and understanding. Despite this unfortunate incident, we appreciated the staff's efforts. Please be careful and always keep your valuables in sight.

Given the mistakes, I always check my bag before leaving! I hadn't thought to look inside the bag. It clearly says 9, but there were only 4!!! I don't live nearby. That's why I'm giving the food a one-star rating, as I can't give zero!!! The products are poorly packaged. This isn't from my time when I started at McDonald's!!!! Where are the trainers, swing managers, and managers to supervise the team?
