A rather unpleasant experience. The woman who served me didn't say hello and was particularly cold, even though I greeted her politely when I paid. She threw my receipt in the small tray near the register instead of giving it to me, and then, when my order was ready, she simply placed it abruptly on the counter without a word, as if I were supposed to figure out on my own that I needed to come and get it. I wasn't even offered a napkin with my order. I don't know what justified such behavior, as I remained polite throughout. A minimum of courtesy towards customers would be appreciated.

It was our go-to bar/mc. We stayed 8-9 minutes away, and since my wife and I discovered breakfast here, we've been hooked. We had a great experience with Cinny, or Cinni, the girl with glasses, I think. Super nice, honest, and friendly, and she even speaks English! Of course, there was a Spiderman deal tonight, and I had to take it! Top breakfast and food.

The €7.50 best-of menu is a bit expensive for a burger, fries and a drink (but well, this particular McDonald's can't do anything about it, I just wasn't expecting it, it's the first time I've had one), otherwise the service was very fast, the menu was good and the waitress was very nice, but if you want to eat quickly there are plenty of small Asian restaurants around that are very good.

The burger in your hand always looks different from the picture in the ads. It's flatter, less fresh. You arrive expecting an appetizing burger, but you get a flatter one... A promise never kept.

It's important to give credit where it's due, and this was one of those days. The service this Thursday evening (around midnight) was top-notch. Fast, no mistakes, nothing forgotten, and the person who served customers with flair and was very polite—it's great to see a McDonald's like this improving.

Two out of eight self-service kiosks weren't working, the toilets were out of order (you couldn't even go in to wash your hands), and the wait for two ice creams and a box of nuggets was far too long. This is what happens at McDonald's late Friday night...

I wanted to share my experience to raise awareness among customers. My friend's phone was unfortunately stolen during her visit to this restaurant. We therefore urge everyone to remain vigilant and carefully monitor their belongings. However, I would like to warmly thank the manager, who demonstrated great professionalism, kindness, and dedication. He took the time to help us and review the security camera footage to understand what had happened and to offer support during this difficult time. Thank you again to the entire team for their help and understanding. Despite this unfortunate incident, we appreciated the staff's efforts. Please be careful and always keep your valuables in sight.

26/07/2026: Nice Starbucks located near rue de l’université. There’s enough places inside to sit down and enjoy a drink or something else. They didn’t say anything about us bringing in food from other places, so that was great. The staff misunderstood my order, but after kindly asking to change it they did it with no problem at all. Much love to them for that. Recommended for sure

03/01/2026: Very touristic place, not worth it considering all the options in the zone. We had a club sandwich, nothing special. Extremely expensive. 7.5€ for a coke.
19/12/2025: Having been refused entry to a nearby tea room, narrow but long, we received a wonderfully warm welcome here from the waitress, who was neither haughty nor fussy, and always smiling despite what was undoubtedly a long day. Admittedly, you pay for the location: Rue de Rivoli; but it's worth it if you need a break. The decor is plain and simple, nothing provocative. The manager, perhaps a bit of a perfectionist, came back to straighten the menu from the next table that we had looked at, thinking we'd had something to eat after ordering our drinks (she seemed less of a perfectionist with the restrooms, which were dark and poorly lit). (07/12/25 6:30/7:00 PM) The lemon meringue pie at €10 was not memorable, contrary to its price. 7.50 euros for the coffee but it is very good (and the coffee with milk is the same price, whereas too often elsewhere they charge much more for the coffee with milk).
