Unfriendly service, the state of the toilets is deplorable... We don't know if it's urine or water on the floor. In the toilets no paper, the hand washbasin inside the toilet no soap, and the one outside no way to dry your hands...

Pleasantly surprised by the drive-thru service. Very welcoming staff despite it being 9:30 p.m. No waiting at the drive-thru even if there were 4 cars. No omissions were made in my order.

The hygiene was OK but I had a problem with the McDonald's points, I ordered a Mcflury and they didn't give it to me so I lost 50 McDonald's points. But the students were really friendly, thank you!

Équipe efficace (les bornes étaient pleines et malgré ça on nous a servi très rapidement). Des tables voisines avaient une erreur de sauce (il reste donc un peu de marge de progression) mais c'est bien mieux que chez nous (même enseigne) en Rhône-Alpes où on attend des plombes... Là on comprend "fast-food". Bravo l'équipe qui visiblement s'améliore.

L'endroit est propre malgré l'afflux des vacanciers que nous sommes. Le personnel qui nous a servi et encaissé ont été adorable. Merci à vous pour votre professionnalisme.

30/09/2025: Steve is very welcoming and the service is impeccable! We had a (short) very festive and enjoyable time with friends. THANK YOU! The sailor shirts from September 27th ;)
08/09/2025: I discovered L'Escale by chance about two months ago. I've been stopping by regularly ever since. The place is pleasant, welcoming, and warm, and the service team is friendly, relaxed, and efficient. Everything is in place for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Mia, a seasonal employee of Moldovan nationality, whose kindness, courtesy, and infectious good humor are matched only by the professionalism and competence she demonstrates. All this with a perfect command of the French language. Since the establishment is due to change hands soon, the new owners would be well advised to keep Mia on staff. In any case, I can only highly recommend L'Escale.
