I don't understand, right now there's a minimum 30-minute wait at the drive-thru. We can't see our points on the terminal anymore, so if we don't know how many points we have, it's not cool. Close your drive-thru or find another, more efficient way for customers. I suspect you're understaffed. Good luck to you, I hope you can resolve this problem as soon as possible.

It was lukewarm, and they forgot the napkins, sauces, and toy for the little one. We went through the drive-thru.

I had given 4 stars, unfortunately now 3! The manager wasn't very professional, and the service needs improvement: long waits, no potatoes, not to mention the people working to help who were dressed in street clothes, and one even had a Burger King t-shirt for a McDonald's – not very professional. Lots of things need to be reviewed, even though I was a regular and used to be better served than with this new manager and team.

Following an oversight at the drive-thru yesterday, I returned today. I was greeted by Maeva, who made the necessary arrangements with her manager, and they arranged for my erroneous order from yesterday to be returned and offered me the remaining amount to compensate for the inconvenience. Very satisfied with their professionalism and I highly recommend them.

Au dessus des autres restaurants de la franchise. Bien placé, assez spacieux, propre et bien agancé. Personnel très sympatique, burger correctement préparé (pas de sauce à tout va sur le papier du burger). Sortie du parking difficile.

20/02/2026: It was crazy busy, both at the drive-thru and inside, but I got my takeout order in under 8 minutes. Efficient and fast, well done! 🙏🏻 (You just forgot my little dog toy 🥲)
