The toilets were awful, the fries were soggy, but the staff were friendly.

Hello everyone, this is Albert Reporter. Good McDonald's, fairly quick service, clean premises and restrooms…

Fast service and friendly staff, the burgers may look like they've shrunk a lot but not your heart.

Among all the negative comments I've seen, I wanted to highlight one point: this evening I was greeted at the drive-thru by Valentin, who I understand has been working there for a little over three months. Honestly? I hope that when I come back, he'll have been promoted to manager. I don't know his qualifications, but what's certain is that he's the best example to show a team: warm, cheerful, enthusiastic, exceptionally kind, a good listener, and he takes the time to sell the brand he works for perfectly… in short, I hope the manager or assistant manager reads this comment and decides to promote Valentin; he truly deserves it!

Having placed my order at the drive-thru, I encountered a server with fluent and elegant French! You don't see young people like him anymore! These days, customer service is a dying art...

Valentin welcomed us with joy and good humor; he even offered us a replacement product. In short, a pleasant person, thank you very much!

Lack of professionalism; it's impossible to empty your tray because all the bins are full and overflowing.

17/06/2026: A cozy little café right on Place aux Aires. Great selection of fine teas and specialty coffees. Ideal for a short break. If only the staff would smile a little more…
28/05/2026: Incredibly delicious coffee, several varieties to choose from!

08/09/2026: Always check your order before leaving the store
31/08/2026: A slight ordering error on their part, but one that was generously compensated.
