McDonald's sur Grasse

Excellent establishment. Everything is perfect.

Among all the negative comments I've seen, I wanted to highlight one point: this evening I was greeted at the drive-thru by Valentin, who I understand has been working there for a little over three months. Honestly? I hope that when I come back, he'll have been promoted to manager. I don't know his qualifications, but what's certain is that he's the best example to show a team: warm, cheerful, enthusiastic, exceptionally kind, a good listener, and he takes the time to sell the brand he works for perfectly… in short, I hope the manager or assistant manager reads this comment and decides to promote Valentin; he truly deserves it!

Having placed my order at the drive-thru, I encountered a server with fluent and elegant French! You don't see young people like him anymore! These days, customer service is a dying art...

Valentin welcomed us with joy and good humor; he even offered us a replacement product. In short, a pleasant person, thank you very much!

Lack of professionalism; it's impossible to empty your tray because all the bins are full and overflowing.

WHEN things are better, you have to admit it ;) I came because the CBO raclette was out of stock at the nearby McDonald's. I arrived at the drive-thru and it started badly… a young man asked me if I had a loyalty card before even saying hello… I told him no. He told me to wait. There was a rush in the dining area and no one at the drive-thru. Two minutes later, a young woman took my order. I went to window 1; I paid. I went to window 2; I observed. The young woman (the same one as at window 1) was putting packages in a crate, while my order was checked by a supervisor. I left. Nothing was missing from my bag, the sandwiches were very well made and had the "validated" tag, the fries were cooked, and this time the pineapple dessert from the Happy Meal wasn't too spicy. Satisfied, especially since I'm used to worse at McDonald's Grasse; I wanted to point that out.

The cheddar never melts, the slices are raw, it's really not like other McDonald's. I hope my comment will be taken into consideration. Thank you.
