There was a problem with the delivery when I placed my order through McDonald's+. The driver marked the delivery as complete, but she never called me or rang my doorbell. I'd like to thank the McDonald's in Grasse for taking care of it—true customer service!
I obviously ran into the driver at the restaurant, and she told me she'd delivered 20 minutes ago—that's a joke!
Anyway, thank you to the manager on duty that day, whose customer service was impeccable.

It's still McDonald's, with mistakes in the order and the trays are dirty with dried sauce residue... not very clean....

The menu preparation was quick and well done. The sandwiches were very good and well-prepared. The only downside was the hand-drying air dryer, which was faulty and made a terrible racket, like a Formula 1 motorcycle... forcing us to change seats during the meal because it frightened my daughter and prevented her from eating.

For one order of a large sandwich and a croque monsieur, the wait was over 30 minutes, which is ridiculous, and to top it off, they weren't even full.

We had the same problem here as in McDonald’s Saint Raphael. Chips were cold and dry. We had them changed for fresh ones immediately.
They cook and leave the chips sitting in the chip package in advance of orders for quite a while. Everything else was fine.

McDonald's, like many others, is ideal for a quick stop. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was fairly quick. The food is classic chain fare, with no particular surprises, but perfect if you want a quick bite at a reasonable price. Overall, a good experience.

It's worse than before, and we're paying more for the bare minimum in our hamburgers. The service, cleanliness, and prices are no longer appealing.
