McDonald's sur Tarbes

Hello, Today, my girlfriend and I ordered takeout from McDonald's. We ordered two potato wedges with cheddar and bacon, but when we got home, we noticed that neither of them contained bacon, only cheddar. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened, and we're increasingly disappointed with the quality of service. It's really a shame that this kind of mistake keeps happening.

I want to warmly thank the entire team for the exceptional welcome we received. The manager truly went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience for my son, whom I don't see often, and that touched me deeply. He gave him gifts, and a member of the team even came to sing "Happy Birthday" with the cake I had bought, adding a candle—a simple gesture, but one that meant so much to both of us. I am truly delighted with this experience, both for the kindness and the attention given to the customers. My son was thrilled, and so was I. They don't have a breakfast menu and even though we were the only customers at the time, the food and coffee were freezing cold.

Perfect experience. I saw a lot of bad comments before coming, and I think that since then there has been a real change made, so I wanted to leave a review. The staff was remarkably polite and above all very smiley, it's nice to see in a McDonald's (especially when it's busy). The order was very quick to arrive. Thank you to the team.
