Hello, I left this restaurant today with a huge smile. Everything was perfect, from the food to the service. Hello, I'm very happy leaving this restaurant today; it deserves a Michelin star. Not only was the food excellent, but the staff were also very pleasant and friendly, which my three friends and I thoroughly enjoyed. I had a green Srite, and at the end of the drink I realized there was something floating in it?? So sugary Coke is now taxed at around 20 cents and if you order another drink there's something floating in it??

I wanted to try the 280Raclette. I don't know what it's like at other McDonald's. Here, it's not good, no taste, overcooked meat, average bread and insufficient cheese. Avoid.

Under the pretext that we know the procedures (former employee) by wanting to get straight to the point following an order error, I am made to understand that my approach is dishonest or that I am abusing by asking for a gesture because there is an error on my order. I point out that it is not the first time and that I have never said anything before because I understand that the work is difficult, the staff is limited and the rush is not easy. It would have been nice not to imply that I am ripping off McDonald's. Then, because I order in a rush the wait is obvious (logical I did not say anything about it) I could not return the product and report the error immediately being on a meal break, my order took 30 minutes to arrive which I can understand of course but I only had a short time to eat on my side and could not come back to have it rectified immediately. I don't want to be a bothersome customer or criticize the efforts and work of the teams, but it would be a matter of being more pleasant with customers anyway. Everyone is working and it's not easy for anyone.
