McDonald's sur Grasse

WHEN things are better, you have to admit it ;) I came because the CBO raclette was out of stock at the nearby McDonald's. I arrived at the drive-thru and it started badly… a young man asked me if I had a loyalty card before even saying hello… I told him no. He told me to wait. There was a rush in the dining area and no one at the drive-thru. Two minutes later, a young woman took my order. I went to window 1; I paid. I went to window 2; I observed. The young woman (the same one as at window 1) was putting packages in a crate, while my order was checked by a supervisor. I left. Nothing was missing from my bag, the sandwiches were very well made and had the "validated" tag, the fries were cooked, and this time the pineapple dessert from the Happy Meal wasn't too spicy. Satisfied, especially since I'm used to worse at McDonald's Grasse; I wanted to point that out.

The cheddar never melts, the slices are raw, it's really not like other McDonald's. I hope my comment will be taken into consideration. Thank you.

Lack of speed for a fast food restaurant

It was crazy busy, both at the drive-thru and inside, but I got my takeout order in under 8 minutes. Efficient and fast, well done! 🙏🏻 (You just forgot my little dog toy 🥲)

McDonald's is very clean inside and out, very well maintained!

Very nice and friendly staff! The service was quick, and the food was served hot and fresh. Overall, everything was perfect. They have a great setup with both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a dedicated play area for kids. Another big plus is the planty of parking available during our visit. Hope to visit again soon🤩👍!!

A fantastic team, always smiling despite the busy day, and very helpful. The order was fulfilled perfectly from start to finish; nothing was forgotten, everything was delicious and piping hot, and a huge thank you to Marlène for her kindness and friendliness!
