Very high prices compared to Italy

Too long a wait due to poor organization… I waited at all three stages of the drive-thru: for ordering, for payment, and of course, for pickup. I was in line for 23 minutes even though I was the only one there…

Nothing more to say, loyal to the brand, no problems with my order.

I've been to this fast food restaurant several times during my summer vacation. The food is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The only downside is the rudeness of some of the employees. The bathrooms are a bit dirty.

A pleasant surprise at this McDonald's in Briançon. Found by chance on the road, it immediately caught our eye because the restaurant has a mountain style that's much nicer than the usual McDonald's. The restaurant is large, with a lovely terrace, clean, and the service is quick and efficient, with no oversights. The burgers are well-assembled, pleasing both visually and in terms of taste.

It's a McDonald's, but outside and inside it looks like a Chalet, nice 🙂

I went through the drive-thru this evening around 9:15 PM on my motorcycle, and I wanted to give a special thank you to the woman who was taking my order and processing my payment. I was having trouble logging into my McDonald's account to scan my points. Instead of rushing me, she was very patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She gave me time to resolve the issue and even took the initiative to scan my account directly at the register. Honestly, it's a refreshing change from what you sometimes encounter at this drive-thru, where some people aren't always very friendly. With her, it was the complete opposite: friendly, patient, professional, and truly attentive. Thank you again to her for her warm welcome and excellent service. I hope this message gets passed on to her, because she really deserves to be commended. It's thanks to employees like her that we want to come back!
