A little bit of waiting during rush hours, and poorly assembled products at these times which is not the case when it's calm.
The teams must be trained to prioritize quality over (too much) speed, which is why I never eat between 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and 7 p.m.-9 p.m. in fast food, and everything goes well. (-2 stars for that).
The tables take a long time to clean, but ask and it will be done in 5 seconds.

One thing follows another and lo and behold, I’m late!
A huge thank you to your team for the welcome, the service, the little gifts etc. 🙏🏽
We came with a leisure center in mid-July and we were not disappointed. Order placed... Bim, bam, boom, and the menus were on the table. Honestly, nothing to complain about. A warm welcome, the children were more than happy and in the evening, they left home with a bunch of little gifts given by the team. Thanks again 🙏🏽

We are regular customers, fast service, it is a shame that the delivery service does not follow… 1st time they brought me the wrong order, I was refunded but we were not able to eat… second time my order remained 45 minutes on the counter waiting for a delivery man because the first one was on a bike, so far from my home, so we had cold food for €40... I contacted McDonald's who told me that they had no control over the order for delivery, and the app assistance did not say that it could not do anything...
