28/07/2026: An unlikely and high-quality place

22/07/2026: I will grant five stars, without reservation, when management finally deigns to implement a direct function in the cash register allowing customers to select a set menu including a sandwich, dessert, and drink. Such a clearly necessary improvement would save precious time not only for customers but, even more so, for the sales staff, who are currently forced to perform endless procedures with each transaction. It is indeed regrettable that customers with limited time—an hour at most—to eat are slowed down in their process, even though they make the commendable choice of patronizing your esteemed establishment. Therefore, I cannot stress enough how important it is for management to reconsider its priorities and finally demonstrate the operational foresight one has the right to expect from a place claiming a certain standard.
