Great welcome from the entire team with a special mention for the receptionists. I like the design. A small downside on the shower which lets the water come out throughout the bathroom. Thank you for everything see you soon

We have just spent two nights at the Mercure hotel in La Rochelle Vieux port. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, you can do everything on foot to visit, go shopping or even go running by the water. The rooms were very clean, well decorated and well laid out. The view was also very pleasant. We just regret not having a coffee machine in the room. In terms of breakfast, it was truly perfect: choice of sweet/savoury options, quality products and always sufficient quantity. And at a completely reasonable price. Nothing to complain about. Finally, a big positive point: the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, are very friendly, smiling, but also very attentive to customers. This is very appreciable, and a change from some hotels. Clearly, if you pass through La Rochelle, do not hesitate to take this hotel

Excellent hotel with helpful staff in a great location

Shame that rooms and bathrooms are so small. A real squeeze for 2 people. Ok for one night I suppose but no more. Good view from some rooms. We were lucky.

Very good location for the Mercure hotel, close to the train station, the center, the departure docks for sea excursions. I was lucky enough to have a room with a view of the old port. Welcoming, smiling staff. I recommend

Very nice hotel, ideally located. Beautiful rooms, clean and well isolated from noise. The common areas are very pleasant, especially the swimming pool and the terrace which surrounds it. All the staff are lovely, especially the bartenders who give very good advice and know their subject well. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay as a couple in La Rochelle.

We were very well received, the hotel is ideally located on the port, you can leave the car and do everything on foot. As for the breakfast, it is very complete, and the restaurant is very good with another great welcome. All this allowed us to have a superb vacation.
