A surprising and very pleasant discovery in Bourg-en-Bresse for dinner on November 28th... upon entering, everything exudes tranquility, the welcome is warm and friendly, we are comfortably seated at a beautiful table... the cuisine is marvelous, the seasoning, the flavors, the cooking are perfectly in harmony, it's a true moment of sharing and indulgence with and thanks to my lovely partner who surprised me... the service is Olympianly calm, accompanied by delicate music, we take the time to savor our meal, everything is explained and described without fuss, and the wine list, available by the glass or bottle, is of high quality... Simply put, it's a wonderful place to discover for discerning food lovers... let yourself be guided and advised by the staff and enjoy, take pleasure... A very nice experience. A pleasant setting, very precise seasonings for tasty and gourmet dishes, a friendly waiter and owners... Special mention for the sweetbreads, fried in weld flour, which gives them a little roasted touch, very Bressan: a big yum! Special mention for everything else too, because in fact everything was excellent! In short, an excellent culinary experience. This restaurant is well worth the detour!

A wonderful culinary experience with efficient service in a friendly setting. The dessert, raspberry praline, was good but didn't have the same wow effect as the rest of the meal, foie gras then sweetbreads, whose combination of different flavors in the mouth was well orchestrated.
