Michi sur Paris

One of our favorite restaurants. Good fish, pleasant atmosphere, and it's great to watch the chef prepare the dishes.

Superb sushi and maki. Excellent fish quality. Dining in the cellar – not a great spot. But otherwise very good.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and it's simply excellent. Unbeatable quality/price ratio! One of the best otoro I've had in Paris. The nigiri rice is perfect!

Tokyo in Paris. A tiny restaurant, just a few chairs at the counter in front of the chef, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Everything is expertly prepared, from the miso soup to the nigiri. The rice is cooked to perfection, the fish is incredibly fresh and melts in your mouth—perhaps a tiny bit too cold, but that's a minor detail. Special mention goes to the fatty tuna, which is some of the best in Paris. A must-try if you love traditional sushi.

Just a big WOW. A little gem tucked away on Rue St. Anne. There's a dining room in the basement. The fish is incredibly fresh. The value for money is excellent. Honestly, a huge bravo, my new go-to sushi/sashimi spot in Paris. The chutoro. Perfect.

A fantastic experience at Michi! Some of the best sushi I've had in Paris! The evening set menus are delicious. I also recommend the mochi for dessert. The service was very pleasant and quick, no complaints whatsoever. The atmosphere was slightly less vibrant than the rest of the restaurant downstairs.

The Parisian Japanese restaurant that most certainly comes close to a truly authentic sushi experience in Japan! From the moment I walked in, the energy and authentic atmosphere immediately transported me back to my memories of Japan—it's captivating. As for the dishes and flavors, they're also the closest thing to authentic Japanese cuisine. The fish is exquisite, fresh, and expertly prepared. It was a real pleasure to discover this place, which remains relatively discreet on the famous Rue Sainte-Anne. Reservations are recommended to secure a table at the counter, but there's also seating in the well-appointed basement. The only major downside that's holding me back from giving it a good rating is the price, which is still quite high... And for someone like me who eats generous portions, that means I'll be hungry again a few hours later, especially if I've done sports, gone for a walk, or gone shopping afterward 😂 A kiss to our friend Baptiste who stopped by 😉 @lvs.kid
