Michou sur Cannes

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the quality of the food. We ordered the schnitzel sandwich and the pulled beef platter, each costing €15. For the schnitzel sandwich: The schnitzel was a bit dry, and so was the challah bread, so overall it was rather heavy and lacked moisture and sauce. 😕 For the pulled beef platter: They really need to improve the presentation. I was brought a small plate with the pulled beef covered in melted cheese on one side, and iceberg lettuce with three pickle slices dumped on the other… I didn't take a picture, but frankly, for €15, it looked very sloppy. The pulled beef was very good nonetheless, but the salad was completely uninteresting. The service was okay. But overall, the lack of taste and the excessively high price mean we won't be back…

The sandwich was quite good and generous. The flavors were fairly well-defined. The €7 seasonal salad is unnecessary. I don't understand why they suggest leaving a tip when they're so unpleasant; they should have just taken the payment directly. Finally, the tone of the sign in the restroom is presumptuous and unpleasant. The reference to Gare du Nord is immature and not at all funny. See attached image.

This was my first time eating challah and I absolutely loved it! The sandwiches were delicious, but the real stars were the potatoes and their sauce!

Sandwiches were a good portion size. The beef was really tender and melty. The chicken schnitzel was okay too. I wish there was a bit more of a kick to both of the sandwiches to really make them stand out, but nonetheless they were still yummy.

We went in because we saw the delicious breads in their window, the large and very tasty sandwiches. The sides were good too, the carrots were very well prepared.

A very popular spot, it mainly serves 4 different types of sandwiches. I ordered the melted beef and it was quite good. A good combination of shredded beef, red cabbage and cheese. The place itself is like so many others in Paris, cramped and busy, which ends up giving it a certain charm.

The beef sandwich was good, something spicy on the side could have definitely elevated the sandwich it would have helped cut the fat

Excellent sandwich. Very generous portion. Special mention for the roasted carrots, absolutely divine. On the downside: the wine was quite expensive, the tables for two are very small when you order a side dish, and the service was a bit nonchalant.
