Great experience, nice and comfy rooms, great location

Lovely hotel very conveniently located next to the S. Lazare station…however…the architect connected the hotel to the station with both an entrance facing it and even a covered overpass…but the current hotel management closed both of them 🤷‍♂️

About my Exceptional Experience at the Paris Hilton Opera My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Paris Hilton Opera, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we booked, Margot’s warm and thoughtful welcome email set the tone for an unforgettable experience. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was special for us, which we truly appreciated. Upon our arrival, Fabrizio greeted us with impeccable professionalism and kindness, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. He made us feel valued and well taken care of, which immediately set us at ease after our travels. The hotel’s ambiance is absolutely stunning, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Our room was beautifully appointed, with every amenity we could ask for, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The location is perfect for exploring the city, yet it feels like a serene oasis amidst the bustling Parisian streets. The entire team made our stay feel personal and memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Margot, Fabrizio, and the rest of the team for making this visit so special. We’ll undoubtedly be back!

Fantastic service, lovely rooms and stunning atmosphere. Close to the metro, bus lines the opera house is a couple of streets away. Fabulous!

Was there two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Great location with a Metro stop and St Lazare station right outside the hotel. 10 minute walk to the Opera House and Galleries' Lafayette. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Breakfast is good with wide variety of your normal breakfast staples. I would go back to this hotel with no regrets. Though I may stay in another part of the city for a different perspective of Paris

Beautiful old hotel. Very well preserved. Easy walk to opera. Not super close to other attractions but super easy metro access. Rooms were clean and beautiful. AC worked well. Front desk staff extremely friendly. Executive lounge nicely stocked for breakfast. Hotel on a busy street with lots of noise - well insulated but I still would recommend earplugs. Gym was nice, newer equipment and clean.

Good hotel and location. Drinks in lobby are too expensive. Breakfast buffet is really nice. Lots of choices going from charcuterie, cheese, joghurt, pastries and so on.

When I come to Paris, I often stay at the Hilton Paris Opera. We stayed with you in September 2013, May 2014, and April 2019, and the location is excellent. There are many subway and bus routes available, and access to tourist attractions is excellent!It is very convenient to go to famous wine producing regions such as Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Champagne, such as Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, and Gare Montparnasse, which are the TGV departure stations. . Of course, the hotel itself is wonderful, and while it used to be very chic, it is now sophisticated, modern and stylish, and the rooms are very quiet, making it the kind of hotel you'll want to stay at again and again. The hotel facilities are very good, the location is perfect; but the reception has little desire to resolve guests' issues. I had already read another review with this complaint and unfortunately I received very poor service from the receptionist Pauline! He didn't show the slightest interest in resolving my issue and didn't provide someone to resolve it!
