We had a wonderful time at Mitch's. The complimentary amuse-bouche was excellent, not to mention the quality of the main courses and dessert. The welcome and atmosphere were very pleasant. We will be back.

The setting is wonderfully cozy, and the food... a delight. The 36-hour cooked chuck roast... mmmh, delicious... not to mention the kindness of the owner and the other staff we encountered. Well done and thank you!

My dinner at Mitchell was terrific. I was greated by Mitch himself and he made the evening very special. Each course was delicious and innovative—butternut squash soup, sea bass, and a chocolate dessert with chocolate done 3 ways! Don’t miss Mitch if you’re in Aix. Un repas merveilleux !

Merci, Mitch and team! We are ever so grateful for getting the last unreserved table tonight. The food and service was 5 stars plus in our books. Beautiful presentation on each plate and the celebration of poireau was sublime. A cozy and welcoming place, even for folk who should have known better to make a reservation. We dined well on our last night in Aix, but already have made a vow to return to this belle ville. Thank you again for a lovely memory.

31/03/2026: Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in Aix-en-Provence! The service is discreet, attentive, and always smiling. The dishes are sophisticated, always featuring a surprising ingredient, perfectly balanced flavors, and beautiful presentation. And all at very reasonable prices considering the quality (55 euros for a three-course meal). Don't hesitate, go in! I should mention that I don't know the owners personally. I'm just a fan!
31/03/2026: Excellent in every way. Perfect service from the hostess. Delicious and inventive dishes. In short, flawless for this restaurant which offers excellent value for money and, in my opinion, the best in Aix-en-Provence. Bravo to these two passionate owners!
