The setting is wonderfully cozy, and the food... a delight. The 36-hour cooked chuck roast... mmmh, delicious... not to mention the kindness of the owner and the other staff we encountered. Well done and thank you!

My dinner at Mitchell was terrific. I was greated by Mitch himself and he made the evening very special. Each course was delicious and innovative—butternut squash soup, sea bass, and a chocolate dessert with chocolate done 3 ways! Don’t miss Mitch if you’re in Aix. Un repas merveilleux !

Merci, Mitch and team! We are ever so grateful for getting the last unreserved table tonight. The food and service was 5 stars plus in our books. Beautiful presentation on each plate and the celebration of poireau was sublime. A cozy and welcoming place, even for folk who should have known better to make a reservation. We dined well on our last night in Aix, but already have made a vow to return to this belle ville. Thank you again for a lovely memory.

It's been a long time since I've been back. Always as good, refined, and creative as ever, with excellent welcome and service, and excellent wine advice. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a treat.

Chez Mitch is definitely one of the best restaurants in Aix!! We've been frequenting this must-see restaurant for years, whether as a family, a romantic date, or with friends, and we're never disappointed! The service is top-notch, the food is divine, and my vegan dishes are always a pure joy!!

04/12/2025: An excellent experience at this gourmet restaurant nestled in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We chose the seven-course tasting menu to discover new flavors, and we both left thoroughly impressed! The flavor combinations were as comforting as they were surprising, and the value for money is unbeatable for a menu of this type! The staff was very pleasant throughout the meal, and the chef was attentive to allergies. A must-try if you're ever in Aix.
