I had some doubts before coming. But the warm welcome upon arrival, followed by excellent service, made for a great start. My choices of dishes were guided towards judicious pairings. I was initially impressed by the welcome and the service. I ate, in order: snails, the fish of the day, and a crème brûlée. The snails: an original touch compared to the classic presentation. Removed from their shells, they were garnished with mushrooms and tomatoes. It was so successful that I ate two-thirds of the bread that accompanied them. All the flavors were harmoniously blended, but the snails remained the highlight. The fish of the day was accompanied by asparagus and green beans, and enhanced with a delicious lemon sauce. In a word: breathtaking. The fresh vegetables and the fish could have been presented in such a balanced and harmonious way. The sauce was so succulent that the rest of the bread was devoured along with it. And now for dessert. Crème brûlée is the iconic dessert of this region. The crispy sugar is cooked to perfection, and the balance between vanilla and milk is perfect. In my opinion, it's an excellent choice for a simple yet satisfying end to a meal. In short: whatever your expectations, come and let yourself be seduced by this refined menu.

We had a table of four for dinner, and every dish was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. I especially enjoyed my truffle risotto, the daily special.
The atmosphere and service were very pleasant. Finally, a place you'll definitely want to return to!

I've been enjoying lunch and dinner at Eric and his team's place for several years now.
It all started with a superb Argentinian ribeye steak and a deconstructed lemon tart… a must-try: I highly recommend it.
Their homemade foie gras is divine.
Their sliced ham, a Noir de Bigorre, is simply perfect.
Today I savored two exquisitely prepared fish dishes.
Some might say I'm quick to give 5 stars… but when it comes to Mon Bistrot, I can't give it 6…

We had dinner here on December 31st. The restaurant was full, but the atmosphere felt warm and relaxed, with a very special French vibe 😍 Everything was beautiful and tasty, simple but elegant. The service was attentive, and the staff spoke excellent English, which we really appreciated. We chose this place just because it was close to our hotel and were honestly surprised and very happy with our choice. A lovely experience and a great way to spend New Year’s Eve. We’d gladly come back!
