Monsieur Jacques is a real Lille institution. The service is great and the wines are good. I removed one star because we ordered a mixed board (price: 21 euros) which, in fact, arrived on a normal plate and not very well stocked with cheese and cold meats. There was a lot of salad in the middle. In short, I found it a bit outrageous to see such a small plate for 21 euros. This is for me a point to improve.
Nice wine bar in a pleasant street in Lille. Staff very friendly and do their best to give you a wine that describes you! Had 2 delicious wines and a meat platter.
Visited with some friends on a weekend evening. This place has a nice atmosphere, with good food (charcuterie and small plates) and a good choice of wine. Service was very good as well. Recommended.
Belle endroit sympathique. Très bon vin, néanmoins déçu de la planche. Produit peu qualitatif, qui n'est pas à la hauteur du vin servir. Ce qui est décevant.
A big thank you for this great evening thanks to Dimitri who (despite the crowds and our presence in the cellar) knew how to be very present, patient, responsive and smiling! The support in the choice of wines is perfect and the platters are succulent! We will gladly come back !
