Great hotel in a good location, close to all the “top” spas, I thank Ophélie who listened to us

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, nice spa and really nice breakfast

I only tested the spa which I highly recommend! The staff is very friendly, the spa pleasant and the masseuse was very professional, gentle and caring. A pure moment of relaxation.

So for us it's a spa experience, plus massage, and frankly it was just magnificent, super welcoming and attentive staff.

Well deserved 5 stars. Everything is perfect there. Bravo for the efforts and good humor of all the staff!

Decent hotel. Well located. The professional staff nothing to say. However, hair dryers are not great in the rooms. The spa pool is quite small. But overall good stay

I had a pleasant stay with my family. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The spa is a pure moment of relaxation. I especially thank Julie and Ophelie for their professionalism and courtesy! The massage and treatment sessions were top notch with real fairy fingers. Many thanks girls. Highly recommended!

We came there to celebrate my birthday, it was a great discovery but also a great disappointment with the hotel which needs to improve many points including: Room: the room was great really nothing to say except the safe which does not work, there is a tutorial but none of what is written corresponds to the safe in place... Spa: it's a total disappointment, the pool is small, people talk loudly without worrying about the calm of others. The hammam is great because it is very large. Afterwards, well... It's all the jacuzzi is not pleasant, it's not bubbles but a powerful jet of water which propels you out of the seats. The swimming pool with current I'm still looking for the current... As for the changing rooms, already no one of those present took a shower before entering the spa but also no place to put their things, half of the lockers were open but without a key on it... Breakfast: also a disappointment, we arrived around 10am, nothing to eat. The hot dishes are empty, everyone sees it but no one fills them. So we end up eating pastries (great for intolerances) and bread with jam... For a breakfast at this price, it's a real scam... In short, the hotel is good for sleeping even if the cost of the night is very expensive compared to the options it offers which are not up to the standard of the hotel.

Great romantic getaway. The Junior room was very pleasant and quiet. The bedding was comfortable. The very soothing private spa. The hearty and varied breakfast. I recommend.
