I work right next to Calibré and I regularly treat myself to an espresso… The coffees, the roasters, the team, the preparation and instructions, the service, the atmosphere—everything is of exceptional quality and surpasses most of the surrounding coffee shops. The best coffee in Paris. That's all. Nothing more to add, if you love coffee, this is the place to be. There are many good cafes in the neighborhood, but Caractère is the best. P.S. I go there often, and I'm not surprised by some of the negative reviews; they're often from disrespectful customers who don't understand that the staff isn't at their beck and call. Some customers should be rated too 🤣 Be nice and respectful, and you'll be treated the same way.
