Moulin de Rosmadec sur Pont-Aven

18/03/2026: Living in Pont-Aven, I'm not familiar with the hotel. Therefore, I can only speak about the restaurant, and discovering the new menu was a wonderful surprise. The change of chef is a success, as we had an excellent meal under the guidance of this chef, whose talent and creativity I had already witnessed at another local establishment. The scallops Florentine on a bed of creamed spinach were divine, as were the langues de chat (cat's tongue cookies) with new potatoes, accompanying the flavorful and tender meat, cooked to perfection. The slice of roasted pineapple in its coconut soup provided the perfect touch of indulgence to finish this festival of flavors. Bravo! Don't hesitate, go for it! As always, the welcome was incredibly warm in a superb setting overlooking the Aven River. The prices are reasonable (around €40 without wine) for the quality of this meal, which has restored my faith in local cuisine. Thank you for that too…

08/03/2026: We came for lunch today to celebrate my father's 88th birthday and had a very pleasant time. A warm welcome, lovely decor, and truly delicious and beautifully presented dishes...kudos to the chefs! All accompanied by excellent wines. Thank you and best of luck. We will gladly return and recommend your restaurant.
