I'm not a big sushi fan in general. But this restaurant is on another level. The sushi is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and offers a great variety. The service was really friendly. I also had the pleasure of trying sparkling sake. In short, it was a superb experience.

It's a long-established restaurant in Montpellier. Still very good, I had the set menu with miso soup (decent-good) and the salmon donburi (very good, fresh, and well-seasoned). I loved the dessert, the coconut and passion fruit pearls—they were divine. All accompanied by a good Nigori sake, which is a sweet, unfiltered sake.

Excellent Japanese restaurant near the train station. Although the neighborhood isn't the most attractive, the restaurant's interior is nicely decorated with a relaxing and laid-back atmosphere. The food is delicious, especially the yakitori with mimolette cheese, which has a beautiful orange color.
