Best restaurant in Chamonix! We live in Chamonix in the Summer (come from the US) and we eagerly anticipate our first meal of the season. The food is inventive, flavorful, and full of texture. The wait staff are all incredibly friendly.

There aren't enough choices on the menu anymore. I miss the maki rolls, but the food is still good.

We were slightly late arriving in resort so we contacted the restaurant and they were very helpful putting back our booking by 30 minutes. We had booked this restaurant after extensive online research and the signs were good already! We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our table upstairs by an aircon unit, which was great as it was very hot even at 9.00pm. I think we met all of the staff during the course of our meal and every single one was lovely! Probably most of the time though we were served by Rory, who we chatted to all evening - he was a great help to us choosing our dishes and what he recommended was perfect. The only issue was that we could have eaten everything - the food was amazing and reminded me of a Michelin starred restaurant in Berlin called Nobelhart and Schmutzig which was similar in food style, presentation, innovation and atmosphere. Yes, this place is that good! The way the dishes tasted, looked, the aroma, the service, wow wow wow. It isn't a white linen type of place, it is rustic, trendy, calm and relaxed - but if you want really excellent food, great service across the whole team and a relaxing, very well-priced meal, this restaurant should be on the top of your list. We ate at some amazing places during our five nights in Chamonix, but both agreed this pipped them all to the top spot for us. Thank you Rory and the team, and we hope to see you again for a repeat!
