和食の繊細さが随所に表現されたアーティスティックなフレンチレストランです。創造性が素晴らしかったです。 日本の食材を多く使っているわけではないのですが、細やかな仕事と抜群の味の融合のさせ方で、最初から最後まで、新しい味の世界を堪能させていただきました。 和食的というか、仕事の素晴らしさを味わいたい方にお勧めします。

A small restaurant where the artist chef expresses all his culinary delicacy. It’s very elaborate and very personal. The dishes are very elegantly presented and the service is pleasant. A very beautiful place

One of the best Japanese chef restaurants in Paris to say the least. Chef Nakatani, who is originally from Kyoto, uses seasonal ingredients to create simple, beautiful and delicious dishes that are both delicious and funny. The brioche is so delicious that if you eat too much, you won't be able to get to the main course. We also recommend sitting at the counter, where you can see the chef's skills. 🐶🆖
