I'm often disappointed by part of my order. The "sushi" rolls don't hold together, and I'm still looking for the cheese in my two cheese maki rolls from yesterday... For the price and a well-known chain, you expect more consistent quality. Luckily, the taste is usually there, and the staff are very friendly.

I come here often and it's great, the staff is great, especially the curly-haired brown-haired waiter who was there yesterday, he was really very professional, top-notch, and very kind. I want to emphasize his service, which you don't find everywhere these days!

The service is super friendly 😊 but above all, the food is exceptional: everything is full of flavor, expertly prepared, and you can taste the homemade quality. 02/01/2026: For New Year's Eve, I ordered an assortment of sushi and skewers from AJI-SUSHI. It was my first time, but certainly not my last. The food was delicious, and the owner has a real knack for business, which is a valuable quality these days. Thank you, and see you soon.
20/08/2025: A little haven of peace in the heart of Aix! The sushi is delicious, the service is fast and very welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and warm, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. Special mention for the house cocktail, a real treat. I highly recommend it!
