I'm often disappointed by part of my order. The "sushi" rolls don't hold together, and I'm still looking for the cheese in my two cheese maki rolls from yesterday... For the price and a well-known chain, you expect more consistent quality. Luckily, the taste is usually there, and the staff are very friendly.

02/08/2026: A great Japanese restaurant! I went with a friend who's deeply immersed in Japanese culture and had just returned from a month-long road trip in Japan. She happily rediscovered the flavors of her trip, especially the miso ramen (according to her, the best miso she'd tasted in France). The staff is attentive. For me, it was a great find. However, be warned, it's very hot and humid inside (we went in the middle of summer), which somewhat spoiled the experience. The air conditioning is ineffective... In fact, it could use a little updating. The outdoor tables, with their limited seating, are more recommended. I'm deducting one star for these reasons.
31/07/2026: Hello! My partner and I ate at a restaurant for lunch today... It was a truly wonderful culinary journey, we were warmly welcomed and the plates were very generous!

30/04/2026: A very warm welcome, very friendly and pleasant staff, a great atmosphere, and delicious Japanese food 👌 The ramen soups are wonderful, as is the broth 😍 We also tried the harumaki and loved them; we'll be back!
23/03/2026: In just two months, you've become my favorite restaurant in Aix-en-Provence. I'm not an expert on Japanese cuisine, but I'm starting to really appreciate it thanks to you. It's incredible! The chef is a magician; how do you make it so delicious? I've been coming once or twice a week for lunch for the past two months. I love trying new dishes, and every time I'm blown away! And it's also worth mentioning that it's inexpensive and quick! Well done! You definitely deserve at least five stars.
