On a swelteringly hot day in Paris, we stumbled upon this quaint sushi restaurant perfectly situated just off the Seine and near the Austerlitz train station. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made a huge difference during our travels. We were especially grateful that they spoke good English, making communication effortless. Beyond the great service, they were thoughtful enough to let us fill our water bottles to stay hydrated in the heat. Also—a rare find in many busy city spots—the bathrooms were very clean. If you're looking for a peaceful and welcoming spot for fresh sushi in Paris, I highly recommend this place!

The spring rolls are always crispy on the outside and generously filled on the inside, while the sushi is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality is consistently excellent, which is quite rare! The welcome is always warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
