The sushi is excellent but the service is disgusting I waited 30 minutes for 2 boxes of sushi while 3 people came after me and left before me and when he gave me 2 small sweet sauces I asked him for 3 more sauces he tells me 1 euro for a little thing even though I know 1 other sushi restaurant which is 3x the size of the small 50ct pod and a terrible atmosphere

Too bad I'm disappointed that Neosushis has been closed for a long time so Westfield told us that it's closing it permanently! Even more disappointed than that and it's one of the best sushi in Lyon 10/10! (I think I saw the hygiene inspector came by!

The sushi is not bad and I didn't get sick as some might say, but the mochis are not frozen mochis as you might think but are sort of gelatinous and tasteless candies.

22/07/2024: I encountered a problem with them on May 24. It was settled today (June 5). It took a bit of time but in the end everything was back to normal. So I modified my review and gave it a 3 star rating.
