New Rose sur Boulogne-Billancourt

A very pleasant evening at New Rose. The cocktails were delicious, the spreads excellent, the servers discreet and attentive, and the music was nice and at just the right volume. I'll definitely be back!

Okay, after about ten visits, it's time to give my opinion :) Amazing selection of whiskies. Special mention for the Symbiosis #15. Amazing selection of rums. The bar is truly top-notch when it comes to spirits. My wife would divorce herself to marry the "El Chapo" cocktail, which is exceptionally well-balanced. And the staff is incredibly attentive and, to top it all off, knows their stuff and their menu. In short, don't waste your time: it's the classiest, most knowledgeable, and most relevant bar in Boulogne-Billancourt. And, ON TOP OF THAT, the music is cutting-edge and perfectly suited to the occasion. It ranges from Nina Simone to the Arctic Monkeys to NTM. Superb decor too. Both inside and out. Okay, I'll stop there: go to this place, you'll absolutely love it.

Very good cocktails and amazing service

Visited New Rose Cocktail Bar for the first time yesterday, and it was exceptional from start to finish! We sat outside with a beautiful view over the Seine, which set the perfect mood. Huge shoutout to our server (I wish I caught his name!)—he instantly made us feel right at home. On his recommendation, I had the Spritz and the Rillettes de Canard de Barbarie, and both were absolutely top-tier. Exceptional drinks, fantastic food, great vibe, and top-class hospitality. Thanks again, brother!

A magnificent spot in Boulogne, superb interior and incredible cocktails; the outdoor area is also lovely – an ideal location.
