Restaurant Vertus sur Boulogne-Billancourt

This was my second time at this restaurant. Enjoying delicious food in an elegant setting with beautiful music was both pleasant and comfortable. The Wagyu beef was exceptional! Every dish was visually appealing and fragrant. The chef himself provided patient and attentive service. This restaurant deserves to be seen by more people!

The dining room decor is very minimalist, there are only 16 covers, apparently, soft music playing in the background... A very zen atmosphere. The chef works alone, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, with great care and discretion. Excellent meats, cooked to perfection, a very good wine list, delicious desserts. We had a very pleasant time.

Like its chef, the cuisine is remarkably precise, both simple and exceptional. Each bite is perfectly balanced, and the meats are cooked to a masterful degree. The tasting menu is a delight to savor. The wine list is superb. Thank you to Chef Yanase for this unforgettable experience.
