Simply the best Japanese restaurant in Tours. The appetizer, main course, and dessert were incredibly delicious; I had a wonderful time. And I ate the best chicken katsudon I've ever tasted. Go there with your head down and your stomach open!

It's delicious and so refined! A big thank you to the Nobuki team who adapted in real time to our vegetarian diet and were able to offer us delicious dishes from starter to dessert. We truly had a great time and will be back.

06/12/2025: I'll just say one thing: "itadakimazu" (it's delicious). The meal is simple and authentic. The tonkatzu was tasty and the dishes were well-prepared. What more can I say? Go try it and, like me, come back!
